My name is Abigail Nighswonger and this book officially means Science Fiction has completely taken over my life. This project aimed to explore how the distinction between biological "reality" and social construct becomes muddled over time by paralleling the cyclical relationship between sex and gender. It also allowed me to start working on one of my main goals in life;  writing a science fiction novel. I read, watch, and constantly think about Science Fiction. Now, I write it too.
